Doctor
Diagnose the delivery system as an ownership map: observe each surface, attach evidence, and route every finding to the workflow that can resolve it. The report names a clear next action while preserving the health check as a trustworthy baseline.
What it adds
Doctor reports a read-only health table for the requested surface: installed plugins, relevant tools, model policy, or a concrete runtime problem. Fleet readiness, account checks, and store health are inspected when that scope is requested. An unselected specialist is not a routine delivery failure.
A quick local pass covers both harnesses on this host: declared marketplaces missing from the claude or codex marketplace list, and Railyard, Roundhouse, and agent-utilities versions that differ between Claude and Codex or trail the newest marketplace catalog. It also finds processes left behind by an interrupted cleanup-codex canary test. Each row is pass, warn, or fail with a one-line fix, or unknown inside a sandbox, and reports names and versions only.
How it works
Each row names the observed condition, evidence source, and owning fix surface. A follow-up fix travels through the skill that owns the affected surface, followed by a fresh check of the row.
> Run the read-only doctor pass and group each finding by its owning fix surface.
